TKM Group expands security systems wholesale business across the Baltics

TKM Group is expanding its security segment across the Baltics by establishing Walde AS subsidiary Walde SIA in Latvia and signing an agreement to acquire three security systems wholesale companies in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Walde AS and Walde SIA will acquire 100% of SIA Evidence Network, Evidence Network Eesti OÜ and UAB Evidence Network Lietuva. The companies specialise in the wholesale distribution of security systems and represent several internationally recognised manufacturers.

The transaction will enable TKM Group to strengthen its rapidly growing security systems wholesale business, expand its operations across the Baltics and introduce new products to the market. In 2025, the companies to be acquired generated combined revenue of EUR 14.1 million and a profit of EUR 0.7 million.

The companies will continue their existing business operations, with no changes to their employees as a result of the transaction. Completion of the transaction is subject to obtaining the necessary approval from the Estonian Competition Authority and completing additional procedures.
