Changes in the management boards of the subsidiaries

The Supervisory Board of KIA Auto AS, the subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS, has resolved to prolong the authorities of member of the Management Board. As per resolution of the Supervisory Board, Sven Litvinov shall continue as member of the Management Board and his term of authorities was prolonged for another 3-year term as of 1 November 2017.

Kristi Lomp, the current Chairman of the Management Board of Selver AS, the subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS, shall continue as the sole member of the Management Board as of 18 October 2017. The authorities of the second member of the Management Board, Helen Tulve, shall expire on 17 October 2017 and the authorities shall not be prolonged in connection to end of the cartel dispute of Selver AS in Estonia (stock exchange announcement dated 8 June 2017). Helen Tulve shall continue as the General Counsel of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group, where she has held the said position as of 2014.
