TKM Grupp expands car trade activities in Estonia

Today, 07.01.2026, TKM Grupp AS’s subsidiary TKM Auto OÜ signed an agreement to acquire the Škoda dealership rights in Tallinn and Harju County through the purchase of the companies Rohe Auto AS and SKO Motors OÜ.

“One of TKM Grupp’s strategic goals is the development and growth of the car trade segment. Expanding the representation of Škodas is the next logical step, as this car brand is also licensed for dealership in other Baltic capitals,” said Raul Puusepp, Chairman of the Board of TKM Grupp. The group’s car trade segment consists of an independent dealer network that imports KIAs in the Baltics and a total of six dealerships engaged in car retail and service in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In addition to the retail sales of KIAs and Škodas in all Baltic capitals, after the transaction is completed, there will also be Peugeot dealers in Estonia and Latvia. The Group’s automotive segment’s sales revenue in 2024 was 200.8 million euros.

“We have made a strategic decision to exit the retail business and focus entirely on import and distribution. Auto 100 AS will focus on importing Škodas in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and will continue the good cooperation with all dealers to maintain the popularity of the Škoda brand among customers,” said Jussi Pärnpuu, member of the board of Adole Invest AS, the owner of Rohe Auto AS and SKO Motors OÜ.

“Although the current situation in the Estonian automotive market is rather difficult, the addition of such a strong brand as Škoda to the portfolio is an important step,” commented Jüri Kuusk, Chairman of the Board of TKM Auto. According to Kuusk, the transaction will increase the turnover of the TKM Group’s automotive segment by almost a third. In addition to the sale of Škodas, TKM Auto will also offer retail and wholesale of spare parts and accessories, as well as maintenance and repair work. With the addition of new companies, TKM Auto will add almost 100 new employees.

The share acquisition agreement provides for the completion of the transaction after obtaining the necessary approvals from the Competition Authority and completing additional procedures. The parties are not disclosing details of the transaction.
